My name is Jessica Cornute. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio surrounded by various artists, musicians, and crafters (oh my!) on my family. As you can see, creativity runs deep in my veins. I was drawing since I could remember and as I reached middle school I maintained focus on drawing clothes. Watching YouTube, and borrowing my grandmother’s sewing machine, I began sewing at age 13.

Wanting to go even deeper into the fashion world and industry, I went to my first choice school: Savannah College of Art and Design. I had graduated virtually in 2021, with a Bachelors of Fine Arts for Fashion Design. I still want to learn more of the industry as much as I can. I’m currently in Charlotte, North Carolina adding to my portfolio and providing alterations. I can’t wait to see what’s in store.
