• This is for the Charlotte, NC area only.*

• Consultation cost is NON REFUNDABLE if not canceled at least 12 hours before appointment, NOR deciding not to move forward with the alteration process after.

• We will be meeting at 8420 University Blvd. I’ll also discuss pricing with you and any materials need with approval.

• The appointment days are set for Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you would like to discuss a different day and time, please don’t hesitate to email me.

• After the fitting appointment, you will receive an invoice within two to three business days. Invoice must be paid day before Pick Up.**

• Body measuring is an in depth detail measuring. You receive a pdf document with recommended sizing and different example stores.

• Please allow at least 3 weeks for completion.

• NO WEDDING ATTIRE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

**Consultation cost will be deducted in the invoice. If total is less than the consultation cost, a refund will be processed the day of Pick Up.
